- Restricted – This is where healthcare providers and persons’ confidant with restricted access can view the document.
- Hidden – This means no one can view a specific document but the app user or confidant need to reinstate the document.
- Removed – It is an option that prohibits the user, healthcare providers and confidant not to view a specific document at any given time.
- General access – Allows healthcare providers and representatives to view a document.
